All of these have some sort of string, a hollowed out body, a neck, and sound holes. This is the most common instrument in Mabinogi. To my knowledge, and a little research, the instruments are classified by their type, not what is listed in-game. Some instruments may sound quieter than others. For now, and possibly forever, it will have to suffice. This is not as good as pure and raw sounds from their real life counterparts. Mabinogi's instruments uses MIDI sounds to make music sound good.

It is made of several components, some easier to understand than others. It is pretty simple to know and read up on, but it can be come frustrating when applying the knowledge into an actual song.
